  Application: DENON 103, 103R MC Cartridge

   ※ Application limitation : can not use to 'Audio Technica' headshell and 'PE' turntable 
       which have to be screw from lower part to upside.

   ※ Mpingo is well-knowned already with its outstanding improving ability of sound quality.
       Bored sound color goes into more refined and exclusive sound with woody feeling.
       In particular, this show strength at classic due to its haute tone color.

   ※ Panga panga is also African premium hardwood species, and it can be get more
       warm & rich tone color due to its unique grain structure.
       Thus it is good for old popular music.
       It can be arises a question how can get this tone from Denon103.

   ※ VTA control to adjust horizontality of tone arm is not easy because Denon 103
       original body height is low. The cartridge height rise naturally with our wooden body,
       and so VTA control become easier.

Step 1 :
    When protection cap of cartridge is covered, you do inserts knife blade at
     green arrows on photo (1) and cuts slowly. Then, it should be separate glue layer
     completely between main body and plastic body after careful and repeated cutting.
     Please refer bonded points on photo (2) to be insert knife blade.

Step 2 : 
    Put sharp blade or screwdriver in to the gap slowly, as red arrows on
     photo (3), between plastic body and main body at lower part of the cartridge
     pin, and then spread the gap carefully. Be careful not to break the tip!
     Then cartridge main body will come up slowly and completed the separation.

Step 3 
     Apply some woodglue on area green-lined of main body like photo (4), and put it
     in the wooden body and fix them.
     At this time, please do not force too hard on main body.
     Please use this replaced cartridge after one day as it need time for fully hardening.

     We sells this wooden body only, and buyer have to do separation of
     original plastic body & fitting in our wooden body by yourself.
     We do not take any responsibility in all problem like stylus damage
     which can be caused by buyer's carelessness during replacement work.
