Mpingo knob custom-order : accept orders once a month and produce in batches !!!

-. step1 : inquire always with user's amp. brand & model full name and talk specifications
step2 : confirm all sizes during 1~7th every month (quotation, payment, closing order)
step3 : start to produce all orders in batches.

This item is a new concept sound-improving audio accessory to use outstanding resonant properties of Mpingo wood.
Replace existing metal or plastic knob with our Mpingo knob by yourself and enjoy Mpingo effect on your high-end audio system.
You can feel the microscopic vibrations on roots of volume and selector and this vibration is amplified through the knob.
This microscopic vibration or noise can be absorb by rich resonant properties of Mpingo wood.
This effect of Mpingo wood is unrivalled among many materials including other hardwoods like ebony wood.
This effect is greater in case of volume or vacuum tube and better to replace volume and selector together.

Our Mpingo knob is the most simple way to improve your sound with lower cost .

Custom-order guide :

1. This item limits to socket set screw fixed type knob on out-diameter.

2. All size except standard model (MK3225) can be make by custom-order. Welcome inquiry always.
3. Basically cylinder & flange type are available. Besides, special type is needed some further talk.

4. If you inform each number sizes of below 'Buyer's size drawing', you can order even one piece.

Model naming :

1. Cylinder type : ex) MK3225 ------ Mpingo Knob, diameter 32mm, height 25mm.

2. Flange type : ex) MK4025 F28 -- Mpingo Knob, bottom diameter 40mm, height 25mm, F = Flange, upper diameter 28mm.

1. Procedure :
a. Please check if your amp. may be in custom-order record list below → talk with 1:1 drawing and quotation → order.
b. Or, please let me have all sizes of 'Buyer's size drawing' with amp. full name → talk with 1:1 drawing and quotation → order.
Your some drawing sketch should be more helpful.

2. Pricing basis :
a. shape : flange type price is higher than cylinder type.
b. size : over approx. 36mm diameter model price goes up quite a bit because it become hard to prepare well-dried raw material.
c. difficulty : higher processing difficulty, higher price.
d. quantity : bigger quantity per order of same size, lower price.
e. new model discount : 5% discount if no order record.
※ exception (we ask to be excused in advance)
1) change original shape or size, and so other user who have same amp. may not order it.
2) self-made amp., and so there are no possibility to be order from others.
3. Shipment : need approx. 10~15 business days, normally possible to ship until 2nd~3rd week every month.
4. Some of parts are need minimum size for solidity due to wood than metal knob.
5. Starting point (gold color) & set screw bolt groove are located on the opposite side from the center.
6. Set screw bolt : Φ3/16inch (≒Φ5 mm), used inch bolt for higher solidity than mm bolt.
Bolt length will be select among (6.5 , 9.5 , 12.7 , 16 , 19.2mm).
7. Even if you order same model with custom-order record, it should check again the specification.
That's why it may have different sizes in case of special version or different production lot.
8. Separating of original knob and fixing Mpingo knob should be work by yourself.

Production Features :

1. Material quality : processed with sound squares selected very strictly from 5~7 years air-dried blocks in Korea after import from East Africa.
2. Finishing : 3 kinds of premium German natural oil applied.

3. Avoid direct sunlight or warm atmospheres as possible.

4. There are somewhat distribution of wood grain & color due to natural material.
